Restricted jurisdictions

1. Who can join

Adults aged 18 or over who do not live in a restricted jurisdiction and are not subject to sanctions. One profile per natural person. Legal entities are not accepted.

2. Where Burly is not available

Burly does not accept residents of, or access from, the following countries and territories:

• Belarus
• Cuba
• Iran
• Myanmar (Burma)
• North Korea
• Russia
• Syria
• United States

The list also covers any country or region under comprehensive sanctions by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, whether or not it is named above. The list can change; the version in force on the day you buy applies to your purchase.

3. How it is enforced

• At checkout you confirm your age and that you do not live in a restricted jurisdiction.
• The paying wallet and the payout wallet are screened.
• After you pass, identity verification confirms your country of residence.

4. If you are in a restricted jurisdiction

Do not buy a challenge. Using a VPN or another person's identity to get around this leads to closure of every linked account without refund or payout. If you cannot be verified after passing, no funded account is opened and the fee is not refunded.
